Abstract

Some unpublished Letters of Voltaire. An examination of some of the known manuscripts of the Correspondance littéraire de F. M. Grimm has already brought to light a certain number of unpublished letters written by Voltaire. E. M. publishes here some hitherto unknown letters and passages discovered in the Gotha and Stockholm manuscripts and written by Voltaire to Desmahis, Huerne de la Motte, Grimm, and Linguet. The first letter is addressed to Desmahis and dated 15 December 1757. The last letter refers to a letter to Linguet dated 14 March 1767.
