Abstract

I have thoroughly read the article, with great interest, by Zhang et al. [1] titled ‘’ Predictive validity of the GLIM criteria in treatment outcomes in cancer patients with radiotherapy’‘. In this study, the authors investigated the prevalence of malnutrition using the Global Leadership Initiative on Malnutrition (GLIM) criteria and Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA) and compare their predictive validity in treatment outcomes among cancer patients receiving radiotherapy. The efforts by the authors are commendable but the following concerns deserve further explanation.
