Abstract
The key aspects of a pilot competency-based program exploring teaching Internet for enhancing the health and well-being of newly arrived refugees and migrants in Australia are discussed. Results of the study indicated that marked improvements in health and well-being can be used as outcome measures of information technology (IT) training programs.
