Abstract

We read the recent article by Bradley et al1 published in Circulation with great interest. In their study, a significant decrease in the use of nonacute percutaneous coronary intervention was noted after the launch of the appropriateness use criteria for revascularization, and this finding coincided with an improvement in appropriate ratings for coronary revascularization over the study period.
