Abstract
有人说当前社会浮躁是经济发展到特定阶段的自然现象.我们不是社会学家,不能就此发表评论.但是,学术浮躁已是我们必须面对的问题.当大家都在讲提高期刊质量时,似乎能否被SCI收录即是我们的量化标准.我们不讲从编辑的角度作了多少努力争取实现这个目标,但就杂志的功能讲,能否真正发挥主流专业杂志的作用则绝不仅限于SCI收录与否.在新的一年,就实质地提高专业科技期刊的质量,发挥杂志应有的功能,作者、编者与审者都需要高度重视两个方面。
