Abstract
Analyzing data from a prospective study of fatigue and Quality Of Life (QOL) in medically inoperable early stage lung cancer patients (pts) treated with stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) revealed unexpected symptoms from some pts at first follow-up, prompting a review on the study's ability to provide accurate assessment of the outcomes of interest.
