Abstract

This study contributes to understanding how strategic communication can influence the successful of implementation of organizational changes. This empirical study of 2,761 employees points to relationships between strategic communication, organizational culture, and employee attitudes toward organizational changes. Satisfaction with information about changes in an organization could be predicted by task-orientation and relationship-orientation of organizational culture. Results indicate the study might have implications for managers of post-Soviet organizations.
