Summary

Introduction

The importance of leadership cannot be disputed especially because of its link to the success of any organization. These practices include challenging the process, inspiring a shared vision, enabling others to act, modeling the way, and encouraging the heart (Kouzes & Posner, 1995, 2002). Such principals are committed to spending as much time, if not more, at the school as they expect of their teachers (Kouzes & Posner, 2002).
