Abstract
Economical-Technical-Trends of E.E.C. farms are described (cf. French « Cahiers de statistique agricole »). Here, Standard Gross Margin in used to characterize farms of Touraine. A good deal of them are in a bad situation because agricultural prices are too weak in relation to costs.
