Abstract
The recurrent occurrence of commonplace social fact gives the illusion of certain normality. Now, many children and teenagers have to adapt themselves to the particular aspects of a dissociate family and it is this child and/or teenager pain that brought pedo psychiatrics to be interested with the divorce issue. The author’s work pointed first this reactive child suffering, for one hand, and on the other hand, on the place that medico psychologist expertise can occupy in divorce issues and the help the physician psychiatric can bring to the judge and so forth to the children.
