Abstract
This article focus on the description and the analysis of two particular moments of a psychomotor therapy. We point out the interaction between a psychotic child and his psychomotrician during the same sequence of the game of the sheet which is present in two sessions different from a long course of care. I would like to underline the way the psychomotrician behave with his patient and to focus on his approach of the disease which deeply differs from comportemalist approaches. Indeed, the innovation lies in the way of interacting with the patient by the use both of the verbal and non verbal language. During the therapy, the psychomotrician tries to respect all the pathological manifestations and intergrates them into the process of change. Thanks to his attention to the psychotic gestuality, the psychomotrician manages to give a relevant place to the patient.
