Abstract
Gaulish Loanwords in the archaic Latin Literature. This paper mainly attempts to highlight the technical and methodological difficulties encountered in the analysis of the texts by Latin authors documenting the language and culture of the old Celtic world. It is then suggested that a novel reading of these texts should be supported by the linguistic analysis of the data considered or to be considered Celtic.
