Abstract

This study focuses on the territorial network of gas stations of the multinational Total S.A. in the city of Yaoundé in Cameroon in relation to the respect of urban and environmental regulations. The results obtained from this research show that three quarters of Total S.A.'s petrol stations are located within 8 meters of people's houses, with high risks of noise, air and water pollution.
