Abstract

We studied Lepton Number Violation (LNV) and charged Lepton Flavour Violation (CLFV) in TBM and BM neutrino mass models under the framework of left-right symmetric model (LRSM). The non zero reactor mixing angle, \(\theta _{13}\) is considered to be originated from type II and type I seesaw respectively. We then did a phenomenological study of neutrinoless double beta decay (NDBD) considering the new physics contributions coming from right handed neutrino and scalar triplet in a TeV scale LRSM. We finally compared our results with the limit imposed by GERDA experiment. Furthermore, we also tried to correlate the LFV of the decay process, \(\left( \mu \rightarrow 3e\right) \) with \(\theta _{13}\).
