Information is given on the geographical distribution in ASIA, Andaman Islands, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, China, Xizang (Tibet), India, Assam, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Orissa, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Indonesia, Java, Sulawesi, Sumatra, Laos, Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak, Peninsular Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, AUSTRALASIA, and PACIFIC ISLANDS, Australia, Queensland, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands.
