Abstract

1. 1) A study has been made of comparative skin reactions to normal tissue antigens and to lepromatous tissue antigens, in three groups of individuals, tuberculoid and lepromatous leprosy patients, and a healthy control group. 2. 2) A correlation was found between the trial skin antigen and true lepromin in late reactions, which agrees with previous reports. 3. 3) Use of cardiac muscle antigen does not promise to be rewarding in lepromin testing.
