Abstract

We developed a reflective lensless digital holographic microscopic system and obtained a reconstructed image with improved resolution at various magnifications. To improve the lateral resolution, we applied the Fresnel-Bluestein transform (FBT) to reduce the pixel size of the reconstructed image. We confirmed experimentally that the magnification of the reconstructed image using the FBT is independent of the reconstruction distance and the number of data points.
