Legitimacy Discourse and Mission Statements of Private Higher Education Institutions in Romania

Abstract

Legitimacy, an important and well-studied concept in organizational sociology, has been approached from different perspectives. Probably the most widely accepted definition of legitimacy stems from Suchman.
