Abstract

The paper presents the analysis of legislative and regulatory framework for the control of the quality and safety of medical activities. Legislative and regulatory framework requires mandatory internal control of the quality and safety of medical activities and dictates its structure. In the development of the internal control of the quality and safety of medical activities there is, however, a need to consider medical and social, legal, organizational, ethical and economic issues.
