Abstract

This article provides a comparative legal analysis of the rights of individuals and legal entities in the Commonwealth of Independent States to appeal, enshrined in the constitutions of these states. The positive aspects of legislative activity on the supervision of the implementation of legal acts on the rights of individuals and legal entities in the prosecutor's offices of the CIS countries are studied. A number of norms that are not observed in the legislation of Uzbekistan, which are contained in the laws of the Prosecutor's Office of the Commonwealth of Independent States, have been adopted, and the issues of implementing these norms in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan have been highlighted.
