Abstract

The monograph which is devoted to the role and place of legal responsibility in the legal system of modern Russia, written by a team of authors and edited by A.V. Mal’ko, D.A. Lipinsky, and A.A. Musatkina is reviewed. It is emphasized that the release of the reviewed academic research should be viewed as a significant event in the world of legal science, since the joint work of famous authors has resulted in such a fundamental, interesting and demanded scientific work, the innovative nature of which makes a significant contribution to the theory of legal responsibility. The reviewer's conviction is substantiated that the monograph will act as a catalyst that actualizes the scientific discussion of the most significant aspects of legal responsibility, and the work itself will receive deserved recognition of the wide scientific community
