Abstract
The article deals with the legal nature of leasing employment relations (agency work). On the basis of the legislation of foreign countries analysis, definition of leasing employment (agency work) is given; its specific features, in comparison with ordinary employment relations are singled out. Thesis that leasing employment (agency work) is a kind of employment relations is substantiated. The main argument for this lies in the following: in leasing employment relations (agency work) employee is organizationally subordinated and financially dependent on employer.
