Legal mechanisms to ensure gender equality in new Uzbekistan

Abstract

This article analyzes the specific features of gender policy in the new Uzbekistan and the progress made in the field of gender equality in the last 6 years. Laws enacted to support women and girls and their importance are explained in detail. The importance of the policy carried out in our country regarding the attention to women’s education and their support, the provision of employment for the young, and the creation of equal rights and opportunities for women in the education of the youth of the future is explained in detail.
