Abstract
The article analyses the notion of “subjects of regulatory powers” from the viewpoint of information legislation in Ukraine. The author compares normative embodiment of its components in information, constitutional, administrative and administrative procedural law and additionally investigates the issues of numbering specific legal entities among the subjects of regulatory powers.
