Abstract

Since the Vienna Convention (CISG) has a vital important role in developing the international commercial transactions regarding the sale of international goods. It regulates the obligations and rights of the parties of international sale contracts of goods, as a result, one should focus on the interpretation of its provisions and the interpretation of the parties' correspondences, statements, and actions towards each other, and this interpretative mechanism has an important role in interpreting the contract concluded between the parties, which leads to reaching the true meaning behind each of the provisions of the contract, taking into account all relevant circumstances, including negotiations and subsequent conducts of the parties, and the interpretation aspect has practical importance in the real life of international courts and arbitral bodies which facilitates increase the efficiency in resolving disputes.
