Abstract

In modern conditions, legal consciousness has acquired the role of a dynamic factor in lawmaking and law enforcement. The development of the legal space, the understanding of law as a “moment of rest,” and its anticipatory impact on the processions and stages of the development of legal consciousness in the context of socioeconomic and other changes are characteristic features of the present day. These features imply accounting for the types of legal consciousness that reflect the common interests and interests of different strata of society. Overcoming the passive attitude of people and strengthening the constructiveness of their activities require the development of a mechanism to analyze the levels of legal consciousness. Vectors of the development of legal consciousness such as mutual influence, consciousness and behavior in the national legal sphere, and the impact of international and foreign law on legal consciousness are considered, and the role of digitalization and the media space in these processes is characterized.
