Legal aspects of labor regulation of remote workers: the concept and features of remote work The summary: This article analyzes the normative acts and laws concerning the regulation of the labor of remote workers, reveals the concept and features of remote work, taking into account the nonsense of this phenomenon, taking into account the development of the modern technological process. Working outside the employer’s office has become very popular with the advent of public information and telecommunications networks. Distance work, a relatively new form of labor, which has covered labor law in the Russian Federation from 2013 to the present. With its appearance, it solved a gap in legislative regulation.
