Abstract
Left ventricular (LV) non-compaction of ventricular myocardium (NCVM) is a form of genetic cardiomyopathy resulting in failure of trabecular compaction of the developing myocardium. Patients with NCVM can be asymptomatic or present with progressive LV systolic dysfunction and/or ventricular arrhythmias.
