Abstract

Although myocardial metastasis is comparatively more common than primary cardiac tumors, its frequency is still very rare. Here we report a case of 58-year-old man who underwent stress myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) for suspected acute coronary syndrome and was later found to have a left ventricular metastasis from esophageal cancer.
