Abstract
LED is considered to as the most possible new solid source to general lighting field because of its advantages,such as high effectiveness,small volume,long expectancy,etc.But the light extraction efficiency of LED chip is too low.The processing techniques about varieties of optical micro-nano structures of LED's extension surface is introduced such as surface roughening on the LED chips,double-layer texturing structure,two-dimensional photonic crystal pattern structure,two crossed grating structures,etc.The external quantum of LED chips is enhanced by various kinds of processing technologies,thus the light extraction efficiency of LED is improved.
