Abstract
Sports facilities must meet lighting standards. The lighting of a sports facility begins with the creation of a unique lighting project, which is associated with a large number of different sports and different requirements for their level of illumination, which depends on numerous factors, criteria and parameters. Lighting is carried out by powerful lighting devices – dozens of spot-lights, which together should ensure uniformity and a given level of illumination. To modernize the lighting of sports facilities, modern LED floodlights are used, which meet the high requirements for lighting sports competitions. Lighting design is carried out using computer modeling in the DIALux and Light-in-Night programs.
