Abstract

The novelties of labor legislation concerning additional vacations of certain categories of medical workers, which replaced the previously existing regulations, conditions and procedure for their application in 2023, are considered. The analysis of practical issues related to the regime of unused vacations, including ensuring the rights of employees who did not use paid vacations at the set time, is carried out; law enforcement practice concerning the division of annual leave into parts is considered; types of liability of the employer that prevents the employee from exercising his rights to annual basic and additional paid leave.
