Abstract

Young children need exercise to develop strong hearts and lungs and to increase the density of their bones. Some children take little exercise as part of their normal day so this makes the opportunities they get to exercise with you all the more important. Build them into your daily routine - perhaps as an exercise or keep-fit session, through dance, or you could focus on certain skills.
