Abstract
Technology is ubiquitous in today’s learning society. The amount of information that students and faculty are exposed to daily, has made all of us into information technology managers. Relationships suffer, as Jarvis(2007) states: “Information gained from people is more important than relating to them.” How do we create a multigenerational learning community using conversation, narrative, and storytelling in higher education?
