Abstract

This article presents a model of teaching as a new entry in the relevant bibliography, under the name “Learning from Each Other” (LEO) Teaching Model. The main purpose of LEO is the cognitive, emotional and social interaction and cooperation between learners of different ages and genders along with the mutual transmission of individual opinions, knowledge, attitudes, experiences, abilities and skills of learners, in the context of simultaneously taking on the role of the “tutor” and the “learner” as well. At the same time, the role of the teacher during the teaching is being revised by becoming not only a “teacher” but also a “learner.” Thus, for the teacher there are options about new researches and reflections regarding teaching as well as the progress and value of learning.
