Abstract
Since endovascular repair has revolutionized aneurysm repair, the issue of training vascular surgeons in open complex abdominal aortic aneurysm (cAAA) surgery has received significant attention. Through learning curve analysis, we aimed to determine the number of cases needed for surgeons to achieve satisfactory open surgical skills for cAAA.
