Abstract
The project was divided into four (4) distinct phases. These continue the iterative process of planning, implementation, revision and correction, according to the Deming Cycle (PDCA). The project culminated in the development and implementation of the Manual for the implementation of the PSA Excellence System in the supply chain of the company.
