Abstract

The aim of the study is to study the process of blood sampling in the treatment room of the Clinical Diagnostic Center, to identify problem areas and develop measures to optimize work. Results. An audit of the current state of the process was carried out, a survey of patients in the blood sampling room on their satisfaction with the conditions and quality of the provision of medical services, priority areas of work were identified, in which measures were developed using lean and IT technologies, which are currently partially implemented in the process of providing medical care, assessed their effectiveness. Conclusion. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the implementation of the developed measures increases the throughput of the treatment room, and reduces the impact of the human factor at the preanalytical stage.
