Abstract

Summary Drechslera rostrata causes a distinctive circular leaf spot on Glycine max that usually develops through lamina. Leaf penetration is direct through the epidermal cells. Leaf exudates stimulated conidial germination of the fungal pathogen. On the other hand leaf diffusates inhibited conidial germination of the fungal pathogen.
