Abstract

Leadership is a process between subordinates and their leaders where the leader attempts to influence subordinates' performance, conduct and behaviors to attain the organizational outcomes. Organizational accomplishment in attaining its aims and visions hinges on the leaders of the organization and their leadership styles or traits. This study aims to describe the relationship between school Principals' leadership traits and the job satisfaction of their subordinate teachers. Moreover, the researcher aims to investigate the difference in leadership traits based on the gender of school principals.
