Abstract

This study aims to identify and understand the characteristics of a leader and a boss depicted in the anime Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e and whether the characteristics of a boss and a leader are different using an objective approach. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis method which aims to describe or explain the data systematically. This research uses an objective approach. The results of this study explain that the characteristics of a boss and a leader are different. The differences can be seen in how they lead a group or organization
