Abstract
Lead‐free tin‐based perovskite solar cells have received great attention due to their promising photovoltaic performance and ecofriendly properties. However, the fast crystallization process and easy oxidation of Sn2+ limit the device performance. Herein, a multifunctional zinc ethylphenyl dithiocarbamate (Ze) additive is introduced to tune the crystallization process of tin‐based perovskite and suppress the oxidation of Sn2+. Meantime, the interaction between Ze and Sn2+ can effectively passivate defects and reduce nonradiative recombination. As a result, the Ze‐modified solar cells show an efficiency of 4.64% along with excellent long‐term stability.
