Abstract

In the book of Ecclesiastes, as in the rest of the Hebrew Bible, the Masoretic text is often a fairly reliable indicator when it comes to preserving the difficult language forms. This chapter shows that the corrections of the text met the discomfort of some great teachers of Judaism to the radical criticism Qoheleth for those who claim to acquire wisdom. The opposition to the recognition of Ecclesiastes is clear from the text of the Mishna, which shows that big names of Jewish Pharisee in the late 1st century and early 2nd century AD, be denied him the status of Holy Scripture, or recognized that there was difficulty in admitting this book from Scripture. 4Rabbi Samuel bar Isaac said the wise wanted to geniza the book of Ecclesiastes because they were words that lean on the side of heresy. The original text of the chapter is in French. Keywords: Ecclesiastes; Hebrew Bible; Masoretic text; Judaism; Jewish Pharisee; Holy Scripture; Rabbi Samuel
