Abstract
The middle palaeolithic site of the Pointe de la Heussaye, at Erquy, recently discovered, has the advantage of being very precisely placed in the stratigraphy of Breton Pleistocene, in the last interglacial complex. The lithic industry, rather homogeneous, cornes essentially from débitage with numerous nuclei and flakes of atypical levalloisian technique. Retouches are rare (notched and denticulates tools, side scrapers). This is the first relatively important site of Brittany dated in the last interglacial complex east of Saint-Brieuc.
