Abstract

The purpose of this article is to recall the circumstances of the creation of the Allergo-Vigilance® network (RAV), its legal framework and its missions: keeping a register of severe anaphylaxis cases whatever the etiology (food, drugs, hymenoptera or others), participation in multicentric studies, continuing medical education, publications, health watch role (emerging allergens..), epidemiological tool..In addition, the methods of collecting and analyzing declarations, access to the computer site (https://www.allergyvigilance.org), the main work of the RAV, the links with the European network NORA are recalled as well as the various projects to come.
