Abstract

This paper is an attempt to build a model for a strategic analysis of the human relations in an organizational context. The hospital has usually been analysed according to one of the following models : consensus, négociation and constraint. The aim is to enlarge the négociation model with the findings of the two others. There is a large emphasis upon the bargaining power of the rank and file members. The paper is based on a case study in an artificial kidney unit.
