Le développement en perspective historique : le regard néoinstitutionnaliste, la pensée postcoloniale et les «mauvais samaritains »

Abstract

The aim of this work is taking part in the debate about the neoinstitutionalist interpretation of development, turned into the new orthodoxy about economic development. To reach this aim, will be exposed the most recent reflections about the historic paper of violence on the modem societies development and the main criticisms to neoinstitutionalist explanation about colonization contained in the postcolonial studies that question the validity of Africanist interpretations about the conflict in postcolonial Africa and Latin-American theories about the rejection of occidentalization.
