Abstract

This article begins by an assessment of the last ten years. It focuses on the possible consequences of the developments of an autonomous social dialogue. We illustrate this by the example of the telework agreement. In conclusion, we present the main current challenges and the new ones emerging from this new phase of the European social dialogue.
