Abstract
Les anti-inflammatoires non stéroïdiens, malgré la diversité de leur nature chimique, ont tous en commun le fait de contrer les manifestations de la réaction inflammatoire. À cette action, ils associent un effet antalgique, antipyrétique et antiagrégant plaquettaire. Leurs effets secondaires sont susceptibles de toucher tous les appareils de l’organisme. La plupart se montrent bénins, mais certains peuvent avoir des conséquences graves.Non-steroidal anti-inflammatories.
