Abstract

The purpose of this article is to shed light on the concept of organizational change and second, to consider the possibility of organizational change within public hospitals. The problem seems important to treat, at a time when organizational change is a necessary project for the proper operation of government agencies. This contribution is based on three pillars: The first area concerns Analysis of organizational change, definition, organizational change process and end an analysis to clearly identify the change. On the second axis, it will focus on predictors of organizational change, we will study the variables acting on the process of change. We will conclude our contribution by the third axis called strategic management environment by giving the public a reflection on strategic management concepts and paradigms and specifics of public sector activities and management methods that characterize them.
